Dear Essay Contest Participant;

We would like to express our sincere thanks for taking your valued time to submit an essay for our contest, “What Independence Means to Me”. We have been overwhelmed by the creativity and heart-felt sincerity of each and every entry received. It was unbelievable to see how many people came together to bring hope and inspiration to us all.

As you know, we did need a certain number of essays in order to give away the first home. Sadly, we did not receive enough entries to complete the contest. Therefore, your entry fee and essay will be returned to you by September 30, 2008 and hope you will consider participating next year.
